We had a wedding rehearsal dinner with 40 people. Devin was very helpful. The pizza was delicious, hot and ready when we got there. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! We highly recommend this location!
Heavenly was my bartender. She is spunky, cool, attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. 10 out of 10, would recommend!
Food was great. Customer service needs a little bit of work but the place is relatively new so I suspect maybe the work that out in the future. I would also like to see them cut down on the traffic going in and out of that I don't want to call it a side door because it's in the front but it's clearly not intended to be the main entrance and we had people going in and out of it the whole time just blasting us with cold air every time they open the door. But over all it was pretty good.
Uno's has quickly become my favorite pizza. I'd never tried deep dish before this restaurant and was definitely impressed. The Windy City regular and Numero deep dish are amazing! I have only done take out and not eaten in, but the take out staff has always been pleasant to deal with. Would recommend.
The Chicago Style Cheesy Garlic Bread was the perfect start to the meal—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with cheesy goodness. It was so flavorful that I could’ve easily made a meal out of it alone. For the main course, I tried the Rattlesnake Pasta, and it did not disappoint! The creamy sauce had just the right amount of kick, and the combination of flavors was spot on. Every bite was delicious, and the portion size was generous. The GM was also incredibly friendly and attentive.
The first time my wife and I ate here there was an issue with the first table we sat at but they moved us to a different table and everything was great. Now, I have eaten at Uno franchise locations all over the United States as well as the original Uno and Due locations in downtown Chicago. While I have liked all of them, I will say that this LaPorte location is the only location I’ve been to outside of downtown Chicago that actually uses the original Chicago recipe and process for making their deep dish. I’ve had it at least three times over the past 2-3 months and each time was completely indistinguishable from the pizzas I’ve gotten from the original downtown Chicago locations over my lifetime. This is my favorite restaurant in LaPorte and I really wish they were open for lunchtime.
My wife and I had a very positive experience at the restaurant. As we entered the restaurant the manager greeted and introduced himself as he took us to our table. He also stopped by our table a couple of times during our meal to make sure we were having a pleasant experience. Our server Cassie was very friendly and attentive also making sure we were having a pleasant time. The food was excellent, we had a classic Chicago style deep dish pizza and an order of bread sticks. The pizza is just as good as any in Chicago. We will definitely be going back.
Brianne took great care of us tonight! The family and I were there on 6-7-24. Quick service. Garlic cheese bread and super-roni pizza were delicious as always! Haven't had a bad experience yet! Great food at a reasonable price.
